Eve is a Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapist holding full accreditation with the BABCP. Eve is passionate about the therapeutic work she delivers, she will strive to create a space where you feel at ease and safe. Eve understands that people can often feel stuck when they are experiencing Depression, Anxiety or PTSD. She will take time to value and see you as an individual with your own experiences and strengths. You will develop a shared understanding around your problem, how this developed and what you would like to change. Eve will introduce evidence-based CBT techniques and strategies that are relevant to the areas you would like to change, this in turn can help you feel less stuck. Eve will go at your pace and be alongside you through your work together.

Eve is experienced in supporting adults with Depression, PTSD and Anxiety including OCD, GAD, Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Panic & Phobias. Eve has worked in the NHS since 2012 supporting individuals with their mental health. She worked for 2 years in Forensic Mental Health before completing training in Low Intensity CBT (2014) and High Intensity CBT (2019) at Exeter University. During this time Eve has also supervised other therapists and attended additional CPD and training to enhance her knowledge and skills. As of 2024 Eve is now working fully privately.

In addition to self-referrals Eve accepts referrals from insurance companies including Axa and WPA.
