I am so thankful I plucked up the courage to seek help. Mari was professional, kind and perceptive. She helped me disentangle from the difficult memories of the past. I particularly found the EMDR extraordinary in its effectiveness. Dealing with the memories at the same time as the eye movement took the intensity and toxicity out of the memories and reprocessed them into a good perspective. I can now move on with my life.
