I couldn’t recommend Alex enough. I sought help from Alex due to burn out at work which resulted in increased anxiety and low mood. I was at a very low point but Alex helped me through this, teaching me how to think differently and how to refocus my life with me and my family at the centre rather than my job. He utilised different techniques of CBT and mindfulness and gave me practical ways to deal with my anxiety. I am now in a place of happiness and fulfilment but I also now have the tools to deal with situations or times when I can become overwhelmed or anxious. Alex was always kind and patient and I will be forever grateful. Thank you.
