Accreditation and registered: Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy, Registered Member of the Professional Standards Authority

Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday AM

Charlotte is an Integrative Counsellor, which means that she draws upon a variety of psychological therapies to best assist the individuals she works with. She can help you work through difficulties and issues that are causing pain and distress. Charlotte has extensive experience in working with people whose lives have been affected by loss. This may be bereavement, loss of self-esteem, or any major change in life.

Charlotte can help with Anger Management, Anxiety, Bereavement, Cancer, Couples Therapy, Depression, general counselling, Health related issues, Identity problems, Infertility, Loss, Personal Development, Post Traumatic Stress, Pregnancy related issues, Redundancy, Relationships, Self Esteem, Sex related issues, Stress, Trauma, Womens Issues and Work Related issues.

In addition, Charlotte is qualified to work with couples. Areas she can help with include; Communications and difference, Meeting Partners Needs, Dealing with Affairs, Couples in Conflict and Sex – Arousal and Ageing .

Charlotte works within the ethical framework required by the BACP, has regular supervision and engages in continuous professional development.
